I have been unable to parse a feed. I have used it in other feeds and works ok but not having much luck with this one.
I have even tried using your online testing tool (http://www.magicparser.com/demo) and doesn't work in there either.

Without a valid api_key that URL is not returning the normal XML document that you are trying to parse, so I am unable to look at it for you.
Would you be able to either email me the full URL; or alternatively download and save the XML to your local computer and then email it to me as an attachment so that I can take a look...
Reply to your registration code or forum registration email is the easiest way to get me...
