how to parse this file and insert into mysql

Hi, I am really new at this parsing I have a mobile phone site, and when phones hit my site they generate this file now I am trying to get pointed in the right direction as to parse this file to get the data and then insert into a mysql database. Hope I'm not wasting your time but any pointers would be appreciated. Here is the file

OMG when I just previewd the post here, the format is exactly what I need all the data in order of parsing, where can I copy this code from??? in the html page it looks great, and all I need is how to insert into mysql.....thanks
