Any way to opt-in for auto-emails (eg, for new topics? response to one's one topics? etc.?)
Ahhh, I missed the search 'cause I was using hte breadcrumbs which take one to "http://www.magicparser.com/forum". Your link above has a trailing slash, which shows Google.

PS. to pick nits, it'd be great to have the search target default to "www.magicparser.com".

The forum is well indexed by Google, so i've used a site search box on the main forum page -
http://www.magicparser.com/forum/
If you select the option to search "www.magicparser.com" you will get good results from the forum. I've just corrected this so that the search is based on this site now.
I don't currently have Drupal configured for auto emails but i'll look into this for you - an alert on reply to your post would certainly be useful.
